Jaradah Fish seafood history

It is started with one boat. Says Jaradah fish seafood "We asked why we do not catch the crab & jellyfish and processed it ourselves; they said it is not going to work.

Jaradah fish seafood was founded in 2002, and the young corporation hooked its future to the bounty of Bahrain's fishery resource like blue swimming crab and jellyfish. And the demand of quality seafood that was building world wide and especially Asian countries.

A year later, Jaradah fish seafood has exported its first product salted jellyfish to china market. Mr. Hassan Salman, who stepped in pioneer new fishing and processing technologies and manage the company’s rapidly expanding fleet of company owned boats and independent catcher boats. By the time seafood buyers in China and Japan were regulars customers enjoying a full range of salted jellyfish product caught by   Jaradah fish fishermen and processed at Jaradah Sea Production Factory facilitate in Janousan.

In the year 2007, Jaradah Fish seafood was process more than 1.5 million kilos of finished products. Making Jaradah Fish Seafoods Corporation the most successful private held "All Bahrain owned" seafood processor in Bahrain.

On order to keep developing, the owner of Jaradah fish had put the steps in expanding the production capacity and production lines. This will increase the production capacity 120% of the current .and it will be in service by 1st April 2008. And in other hand will be increase the production line, by processing frozen Crab and other fishes. This will join service on Sept 2008, with 15 thousand tons daily production capacity of frozen fish.

This expansion will leads Jaradah fish in its way of performance its goals and it will continuous the growth.
